Marcus Oberholzer is the head of growth, strategy, and finance for Spire Insurance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance. In this role, he is responsible for building a growth plan and a strategy with the long term in mind, putting the pieces of the business in place to achieve it, and experimenting the way to success. He is also responsible for developing and managing metrics across the life cycle of the business to ensure Spire is achieving product-market fit and identifying and optimizing the core growth and performance levers.
Lenin Sadineni
Technology Director, Nationwide
Lenin Sadineni is the Technology Director at Nationwide Insurance. In this role, he leads the technology strategy for Nationwide’s new digital-first P&C product, Spire Insurance, and is responsible for the entire delivery of the platform. In addition to overseeing the technical delivery of Spire, he manages IT projects that will improve operations and top-line growth for Nationwide, including greenfield development, mobile-first apps, platform development, and microservices.
